I enjoy the narrator's tone of awe in "I Wandered Lonely". We're surrounded by such beauty (speaking from experience of sitting in a sea of Daffodils) which we so frequently ignore.
I agree with "The World is Too Much with Us." It is cool to think that what people are protesting today were protesting it back then too, even if it has taken us over 200 years to realize the harmful effects of capitalism. I feel like we spend to much time worrying about money and work that we don't see the beauty around us.
I really have enjoyed Wordsworth. It surprised me because when I was assigned his poetry in the past I thought it was really boring. Now I think his poems are beautiful. I think it's because his poems make you stop and think about something less stressful than school, or money, or the fight you had with our parents last night. They are relaxing poems,a nd we all need a bit of that every now and then.
